Cancelation Policies
At luminous beauty lounge we require 24 hour notice for any canceled appointments. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs Before the appointment time half of the cost of the previous service is due up front before being able to book another service.
Deposits
When booking a Balayage, Vivid hair color service, Color correction or Bridal party the ladies of luminous beauty lounge do require a 100.00 non refundable deposit. This deposit secures your service date and time and does get removed from the final invoice
